Things are starting to heat up now. I predict the violence will soon escalate.

This is the first full page (well, almost) comic I’ve ever done in the 4:3 ratio before. All that white space can be very stressful for a detail-obsessed artist like myself. I really had to push myself on this one, because I felt the story needed a world-establishing shot to give a better view of how things are, and as a bit of a breather before the action sequences start rolling.
